Eduardo E. Kelly, MD, MBA, ELD(ABB)

Dr. Kelly initiated his career in the industry in Argentina
in 1989 as Medical Director at Serono. He was transferred in 1997 to the US to prepare for the launch of the first version
of recombinant FSH (Gonal-f). He was instrumental in the development of the new formulation of Gonal-f RFF and colaborated
in the development and launch of r-hCG (Ovidrel) and r-hLH (Luveris). He was part of the team responsible for the registration
of Gonal-f in ovulation induction in Japan. Dr. Kelly is graduated from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Buenos
Aires, Argentina. He completed his medical education in Argentina as Andrologist and Gynecologist. He is board certified in Reproductive
Endocrinology and Embryology Laboratory Director. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Northeaster University
in 2000. Prior to starting Steptoe Therapeutics he was Deputy Head, Endocrinology and Fertility at Merck Serono. Dr. Kelly
has published in major journals of the specialty.

Mrs. Dieguez started
her work in the reproductive medicine field in 1994 managing a lead infertility clinic in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Daniela started BMT Management in the US back in 2003. Initially the company was focused on distributing medical products
and equipment in Latin America as FivLab. Recently the company expanded its operations in the US as Steptoe Medical Devices.
Under Daniela's leadership the company has secured exclusive distribution agreements with companies such as Astec (Japan),
Medicult (DK), Rocket Medical (UK) and Research Instruments (UK).
